This is a really good bench...especially for the money. We recently installed on our pier, so not sure yet if it will hold up.

Bench received with cracked bracket, I contacted the supplyer and received a new bracket. Great response to the problem and very happy with the bench and service.

Arrived on time, as expected. Perfect! Note that they arrive and need to be assembled, but it wasn't terribly challenging.

The product came damaged; currently awaiting a replacement part. Refunds do not seem to be an option so make sure the bench you select fits your needs.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately sometimes damage does occur during shipping. Once we were notified of the damage, replacements parts were shipped immediately.

Its a good bench for the money. We have over 10 now at our club. We always get them quickly and the price is good.
