Q: Do you provide installation services?

A: While we don't offer installation services, most customers find it easy to install windscreens themselves. We're happy to provide guidance and resources to help you with the process.

Q: What should I use to install the windscreens?

A: Zip ties only.  More accurately, a combination of 120 lb. zip ties along the top and half way down the sides, and 50 lb. zip ties along the bottom and half way up the sides.

Q:  What are half moon air vents?

A:  Half-moon air vents are small, crescent-shaped openings in the windscreen that enhance airflow and reduce wind resistance, improving its overall performance. They are placed every 10 feet and are included at no extra charge—just let us know if you want them!

Q:  Is it ok to only place zip ties in every other grommet?

A:  No, zip ties must be placed in every grommet to ensure the windscreen's proper function and longevity. Failure to do so can lead to damage from wind and may void the manufacturer's warranty.

Q:  How much does it cost to print a logo on a windscreen?

Q:  Do the windscreen come on a roll?

A:  No, our windscreens don't come rolled. Rolled windscreens tend to be lower quality and less durable. We offer higher-quality options that will provide better wind protection and last for years.  And our windscreens are custom made to the exact dimensions you need.
