Our Company
Tennis Supplies & Equipment was founded in 2012, but the story behind it goes back much further.
Our founder spent 15 years working in the sports facility construction industry — building tennis courts, running tracks, and synthetic turf fields. Not managing projects from an office, but in the field, understanding how courts and facilities get built and what separates equipment that holds up from equipment that doesn’t. By the time Tennis Supplies & Equipment launched, our founder had held ASBA certification as a Certified Tennis Court Builder — a credential from the American Sports Builders Association, the national authority for sports facility construction — and had spent well over a decade developing firsthand expertise in this industry.
That background shapes everything about how we operate. When you call us, you’re not talking to someone reading from a spec sheet. You’re talking to someone who has installed the equipment we sell and can give you a straight answer.
We carry the most trusted brands in the industry — Edwards, Douglas, Putterman, Har-Tru, and others — products we stand behind because we know their quality firsthand. In 2022 we expanded into manufacturing, adding our own Spartan Athletic line of USA-manufactured court equipment to complement the industry’s finest brands with a domestically produced option built to USTA specifications.

Spartan Athletic Mfg. — Our USA manufacturing division, producing tennis and pickleball court equipment engineered to USTA and ASBA specifications. Designed for court contractors, institutional facilities, and municipalities requiring domestically manufactured equipment for bid compliance. Trade pricing and contractor portal available.
