Engineered for Slab Movement
Standard crack fillers are rigid and will often fail if the court slabs shift due to temperature changes. However, Tennis Court Crack Flex is specifically engineered to remain pliable. Because it features over 200% elongation, it can expand and contract during extreme freeze-thaw cycles. Consequently, it is the ideal solution for structural expansion joints and northern climates where slab movement is inevitable.
Note: For standard, non-moving cracks that require a sand-fortified finish, we recommend our high-solids 1-gallon or 5-gallon fillers. Explore our full range of tennis court crack repair solutions.
Installation Instructions
- Joint Preparation: Clean the joint thoroughly of all debris, weeds, and old filler. Therefore, ensure the area is completely dry before beginning the application.
- Application: Pushing the material directly from the squeeze bottle, fill the crack or expansion joint. Use a flexible handheld scraper to push the material down to fill the void (if possible). Specifically, avoid overfilling to keep the surface level with the court.
- Finishing: If necessary, use a flexible handheld scraper (drywall scraper) to strike off excess material and ensure a flush finish.
- Depth Guidelines: For deep expansion joints, apply the material in 1/2″ increments. By doing this, you allow the filler to outgas and cure correctly without trapping moisture in the joint.

Have several cracks on an old court. The filler worked well and it’s easy to do. Wish I could match court color exactly but I’m satisfied with results.

The product is a bit pricey. It does fill cracks in the court. The real question will be, does in stand up over winter. The container is hard to handle. The product is way to thick to come out through the applicator end without a lot of squeasing. Once applied however it does give a satisfactory color and appearance. The read question as I said, will does the product stand up over time.

The crack flex worked very well for sealing the small cracks. The nozzle end worked well but I think next time I will use some type caulk gun.
Product arrived on time and customer service was very helpful.

This product was impossible to “squeeze” out of the gallon jug. It was a different color than the crack repair I ordered at the same time. If you expect a product that can be squeezed into smaller cracks, this is NOT it. Very similar to the thicker crack repair , if not identical.

Purchased 1 Gallon Red, 1 Gallon White and 1 Gallon Blue. The good news- The concrete filler is great! Bad news- There’s no way in hell a human can squeeze the gallon bottle and get the filler out…no way. So, I had to cut the gallon open and scoop the concrete into plastic pastry fill cone bags…and then easily squeeze the filler into the cracks.
